Undoubtedly, during the lifetime of this site on the internet, there will be times when the server is slow, or unaccessable. We do not take responsibility for things that are out of our control. There may be a time that we need to take down the site for maintenance or changes. This is a necessary part of maintaining a web site. We will not issue a refund or credit for these occurences. Acts of God, Viruses, Storms, Telephone Companies and a host of other factors can lead to downtime or inaccessability. We strive to keep these things to a minimum, but it's not always in our hands. |
| Sharing
of Passwords is a "No-No"
We realize that a site this fun and hot is hard to keep quiet about - and undoubtedly you will want to share in your good fortune with your best friend or your significant other. This is no big deal to me, but publishing, distribution or otherwise giving away your password to this site will cause your password to become deactivated. Our pirate-check system will find passwords that have logged into the site from more than 4 locations over a 2 day period of time - and will automatically put them on hold. Then comes the embarrasing email where I tell you what I've found and you have to try and explain how you were in the office, then at a friend's house, then at your house and finally using a laptop in a plane over Amsterdam looking at the site - and all within 48 hours and using a different ISP each time! The point here is that we want to keep the privilege of membership secure, and also the prying eyes of minors out of this site, and passwords are how we do it. |

We do not allow users to link to files in our directory areas. This causes major increases in bandwidth and ultimately puts in jeopardy the cost/benefit factor of a site. Fee increases or even the demise of a site can result from this activity. Feel free to download and view all the pictures you care to, but please do not link to files on this site. |
